Administrative Services

We are responsible for all state, federal and local tax liabilities, as well as worker's compensation and unemployment claims.
In addition, we handle all human resource administration such as procuring group medical coverage, worker's compensation claims, unemployment claims, wage garnishments, employment verification, OSHA documentation and record keeping.

We provide employee handbooks, conduct annual reviews, provide review forms, and are involved in and document any disciplinarian actions involving your staff. We also conduct on-site seminars for topics such as professionalism in the workplace and sexual harassment.

 

As a client you no longer process your payroll or pay your accountant to do so. You write one check per pay period to cover the cost of your payroll, which is tax deductible as a labor expense.

 
You have the flexibility of paying your employees weekly, bi-weekly or monthly by check or direct deposit. We provide same-day payroll to accommodate bonus or quarterly checks.

 

Marketstaff administrators handle worker's compensation and unemployment matters. Marketstaff personnel work with terminated employees to place them quickly in the workplace, often within Marketstaff's pool of employees.

 

Employees are assigned an in-house benefits administrator who works closely with our insurance company and routinely handles all benefits issues directly with employees.
